Jackie Reid

With over twelve years of experience in the software industry achieving significant advancements in all areas of company operations, Jackie has successfully managed the delivery of hundreds of software development and implementation projects.  Her key competencies include client services, customer support, data center operations, sales, technical operations management (BPR, QA, CM, Technical Writing, Support), program management, project management, software training, implementation management and process improvement.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, is a CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and Project Management Professional (PMP). She is known for her positive outlook, energy, management capabilities and keen focus on bottom-line results.

When she's not enjoying her work Jackie can be found playing in her backyard with her husband Bryce and their two young boys, Spencer and Devan.

Daleth Hildebrand

Daleth is passionate about the delivery of outstanding customer service and quality projects. Before joining the Vireo team, Daleth was the lead Content Management Systems Implementation specialist and project manager for a local web marketing company.

Daleth does outreach work to encourage women into computing and technology through events with her Alma Mater, University of the Fraser Valley, where she holds a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems, minoring in Business Administration.

After work Daleth is most often found wearing a helmet, whether she's up at Whistler on her skis, or riding the North Shore with one of her mountain bikes. She enjoys an outdoors lifestyle with her partner Andrew and their cat Moses.

Joel Gerard

Joel has Bachelors of Science with a double major in Computing Science and English Literature from Simon Fraser University, but that can hardly begin to describe his abilities. An expert coder and exacting technologist, Joel has 12 years of web development experience and takes development work seriously and scientifically. Fortunately for our clients, he is fluent in both Geek and English.

Joel's prior work includes working on cross functional teams using proprietary protocols low down in the network stack, feeding gigabytes of stock data across the wire onto the web, as well as many projects for smaller companies. It doesn't matter if you're a bank or a bakery, he gives all his clients the attention they deserve.

When he's not polishing his own code or fixing someone else's, Joel can be found camping, hiking or cycle commuting. Joel and his partner Theresa maintain an ethical, ecological and sustainable lifestyle, and are working on making Vireo Web Studios partly powered by local solar power.
